Heal and nourish your postpartum body and inspire your baby with movement medicine in a supportive group environment.
Ideal for moms anywhere from prenatal to 4 years postpartum who are looking to reconnect to their physicality in a gentle yet inspiring way that integrates their kiddo(s), while meeting other moms on a movement journey together.
Our first 10-week group coaching cohort will launch in July 2025, meeting weekly to guide a small group of moms to transform their physicality through principles such as:
- Embodiment: Japanese martial arts principles for success
- Postural hygiene (including the most important rule for posture which you’ve never heard before)
- How to make your fitness goals in four minutes a day
- Babyproofing your back
- Breathing to optimise cardio and metabolic health
