One zoom call a week and access to a private group chat will give you the tools to and the community to rediscover your love of moving and connect to your little one through a shared discovery of movement as fitness, improvisation, and play, in as little as minutes a day. Heal and nourish your postpartum body and inspire your baby with movement medicine in a supportive group environment.

Ideal for moms anywhere from prenatal to 4 years postpartum who are looking to reconnect to their physicality in a gentle yet inspiring way that integrates their kiddo(s), while meeting other moms on a movement journey together.

Our first 10-week group coaching cohort will launch in July 2025, meeting weekly to guide a small group of moms to transform their physicality through principles such as:

  1. Embodiment: Japanese martial arts principles for success
  2. Postural hygiene (including the most important rule for posture which you’ve never heard before)
  3. How to make your fitness goals in four minutes a day

  5. Breathing to optimise cardio and metabolic health
